Busted!
My radiator, that is. We made a last minute change of plans and we all went to eat with the missionaries. All, but the sick kid. We took him to my sis-in-laws house and she keep him quarantined in a room by himself. He read and played Pokemon on his DS. My sis-in-law is awesome! She has 5 kids of her own and lets my puny one stay over too. And we were sooo grateful because we got to spend a great evening with friends we already knew and new friends from across the globe!
But, back to the radiator. So, on the way home last night there was a huge piece of truck tire tread smack in the middle of our lane. There was no way to avoid hitting it. I guess the guy in front of us hit it too because he didn’t swerve either. The AC immediatley shut off and by the time we got to the next exit, the van was starting to smell hot. We pulled over and the radiator fan was not running and the fluid was all gone. Fortunately, we were only 5 miles from home. I can only guess how long my van will be in the shop!

Oh my! I am glad you were too far away and hopefully it will be a quick fix! A van is a much needed item when you have little ones. I’ve got my fingers crossed for you!
